This notice covers the public SameScale website, including its AWS Amplify hosting address and getsamescale.com. It does not describe a future hosted SameScale product service.
How This Site Works
The current website does not include analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, embedded services, or application-set cookies.
AWS Amplify Hosting serves this website through Amazon CloudFront. The hosting infrastructure processes requests and automatically records access logs, which can include IP addresses, request times, requested paths and query strings, user agents, and referrers. These are hosting logs, separate from analytics or tracking scripts.
AWS states that Amplify retains access logs until the hosting app is deleted. SameScale can retrieve these logs to investigate delivery or security issues. Avoid including sensitive information in website URLs. See AWS’s Amplify access-log documentation for the hosting provider’s description.
When You Contact SameScale
If you email SameScale, the information you choose to send is used to read and respond to your message. Email delivery providers may process the message under their own terms.
